Catherine was very helpful to me and my family for a long term stay and went above and beyond with helping us extend when needed and help us with any problems along the way I truly recommend anyone looking for a long term or even a short term stay to book with her will can’t thank her enough for all she did!

This place was perfect for our stay! Catherine was very responsive and helpful when we had issues getting in (because she allowed us to check in early which was AMAZING and so appreciated) 12pm check out time is a plus as well! Highly recommend for anyone who needs a clean and quiet place to stay!

My family felt right at home. The place was clean and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than we expected. It was like staying right at home. The property is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Catherine was very detailed with her instructions and check in was a breeze. We will absolutely be returning, hopefully in the summer to enjoy the beautiful back yard. Thank you!

Catherine’s place was a beautiful little apartment. My brother and I had a wonderful yet peaceful stay. If I come back to Lincoln I’d definitely choose stay here for many more times

The place was amazing. Very clean and very welcomed. Cathrine was very good to us. I would recommend her to anyone. We would use her again. She always answered. Very understanding . The tub was definitely a huge bonus!

I had a memorable time at Catherine’s place. The house was everything my family needed and more. A lot of thoughtfulness was put in by Catherine into the home - from the comfy bed rooms well equipped with air conditioning and great heating throughout the house with duvets, extra pillows, blankets, to the gorgeous back yard with lots of space and squirrel sightings… the well equipped kitchen(s) and tons of board games… I didn’t lack for anything!
The area was also nice, quiet and very close to stores and I felt very safe.
As a host, Catherine was very kind and super responsive with attending to any concerns proactively.
Would definitely recommend and book again anytime!

What an adorable, quaint apartment! The bright/white kitchen has the old time charm consisting of original rosettes around the doorways & wainscoting walls, which blended nicely with the newer appliances and tiled flooring. The dining/ living rooms were isolated, along with the two bedrooms. The well-thought amenities throughout were BEYOND exceptional, especially in the kitchen: Cookware, spices, small appliances, ice-maker – just to name a few. Also, we were super glad to have a fenced-in back yard for our little dog. The convenience of the washer/dryer were HUGE time savers for our busy schedules, along with quick drives to nearby neighborhood stores. We were impressed with our host, Catherine, and found her to be highly accessible and quick to respond to our few, minor inquiries. She was always polite and professional. We're glad we stayed at Catherine’s property. We would DEFINITELY stay there again and highly recommend this Air B&B to anyone looking to visit RI!

I really enjoyed staying at Catherine‘s place. It’s a very beautiful, clean and private apartment. I recommend this place to stay to anyone who is staying in the providence area and I’d be happy to stay there again. She was very responsive to me and it was a perfect place to stay.
